Marikolunthu, vettiver root, vasambu (sweet flag), jaathikai (Nutmeg), karpoga Arisi, masoor dal, badam, korai kizhangu (purple nut sedge), magilampoo, hibiscus petals, aavarampoo, poolan kizhangu (white turmeric), kasthuri manjal, rose petals, green gram.

Mix this powder with water to form a paste like consistency, keep it aside for 20 mins, after 20 mins gently apply this paste throughout the body, scrub well and bath.
