Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Madurai by reputed courier agencies.

For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 8-10 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 12 business days . For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 14 business days

For International orders – We also ship internationally across all countries. All international orders are processed within 8-10 business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 14 business days.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However takes Fit and Food Tamil has no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer care number 8637451144 (Only Whats App) within 2 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

Shipping charges

For India Orders: We ship products throughout India.The shipping charges for all over TamilNadu is Rs.50 and Border states around Tamilnadu( Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh ,Telungana) is Rs.80.

Courier charges for all states in India except Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka,Andhra Pradesh and Telungana is Rs.150

For Tamilnadu we will send via ST Courier/Professional courier/Delhivery

Other states except Tamilnadu we will send via Professional /Delhivery

For International Orders: Shipping rates for each country differs depends upon the size and quantity of the package.we will send products through FedEx courier service. The Shipping rates are calculated based on the overall gross weight of the cart shipping weight= product weight + inner packing weight + outer carton weight) and not based on the product weight alone.
