Makhana (Lotus seeds), badam, poppy seeds, roasted chickpeas, dry ginger, pepper, cardamom, ajwain, dry dates, palm sugar.

For weight loss; Mix 2 spoons of this powder in 1.5 glass of water, add one spoon of jaggery powder into it, stir well & cook it for 5 mins in low heat. Consume this porridge as breakfast meal.

For babies/weight gain; Add 2-3 spoons of this powder into your mug and pour 200ml of hot milk, stir well and drink as morning & evening health drink.
